Robert asks…$50-too good to be true?I've been thinking about buying a cockatiel for awhile now. Today I saw an add in the paper for hand fed babies, $50 each. Should I be weary of this offer? Or is it safe to buy from someone who isn't affiliated with any sort of bird association? (Like a store)
The reason I ask this is because when I went to a special bird store near where I live, the cockatiels were around $119 each. Is that just because they're an establishment?
