Donald asks…How can we ensure privacy of data on field laptops?I work for a mid-size non-profit which provides grants for the underpriveleged students. Our field workers carry laptops that have semi-confidential data. We use HP laptops, so we install the encrypted vault software that comes with the HP laptops. However most of our employees forget to save files in the encrypted vault. So there is risk of confidential data about the donors and the students leaking if the laptops get stolen.
